Guildford River Retreat offers a selection of well appointed Studio rooms with private guest entry.

Effective July 1ST 2010,  All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and no other charges apply.

Secure off street parking and swimming pool available to all guests

Booking Conditions:

• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS A HIGHER RATE WILL APPLY
• Deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservation.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until deposit is paid.
• 100% Deposit is required for a one night reservation.
• 50% Deposit is required for two or more nights reservation.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until deposit is paid.
• Final confirmation with balance of payment is required 7 days prior to your arrival date.
• Payment via Cash, Visa or Mastercard.
• I understand the credit card number is used as a bond against damage, breakage or misuse.
• “No Show” or stays “cut short” will be charged at 100%.
• A booking is not confirmed until credit card details are received and the deposit paid.
• Check In : 2pm
• Check Out : 10am

• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date, a refund of payment or deposit minus $35.00 administration fee will be given.
• Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund is payable and payment of total booking is required, unless the dates are able to be rebooked.

• Central to Sandalfords , Swan Valley and Wineries, Lilac Hill, Guildford Grammar.
• Walking distance to Rose & Crown, Guildford Landing, Alfred’s Kitchen, local restaurants and cafes.
• St Matthew's Square and Fishmarket Reserve.
• 5 minute drive to Perth Domestic Airport.
• 10 minute drive to Perth International Airport.
• Short walk to Guildford train station for easy travel to Perth, Fremantle, Mandurah, Midland or Joondalup
